A virtual event for analysts and investors took place on 26 November 2021 with two presentations on "BMW Group Battery Cell Technology" and "Sustainable Raw Material Management".

In accordance with Sec. 161 German Stock Corporation Act, the Board of Management and Supervisory Board of BMW AG issue, once a year, a Declaration of Compliance relating to the recommendations of the "Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code", as published in the Federal Gazette and applicable at the time of the Declaration.
