Their mission is to identify key trends early, assess their potential and rapidly translate them into initial prototypes and proofs of concept. Working in interdisciplinary teams, the technology offices collaborate closely with startups, universities, research organisations and technology partners to turn promising ideas into validated innovations.
Back at HQ, these innovations form the groundwork for new products, services and customer experiences.
