BMW TechWorks India was launched in 2024 as a joint venture with Tata Technologies. Operating across three locations – Pune, Bangalore and Chennai – the hub manages regional IT rollouts and contributes to global IT projects. In addition, BMW TechWorks India plays an important role in supporting global vehicle software development. Digital Product Engineering in India is responsible for engineering aspects – from conception and design to integration into the overall vehicle.
