How to get to the BMW Group Center of Excellence for Battery Cells.

Coming from BMW Welt (see separate description on how to get there), drive in the opposite direction of downtown on Lerchenauer Straße. After about one kilometer, turn right onto Moosacherstraße. After 500m, turn left onto Schleißheimerstraße. Then turn right onto Detmoldstraße, which leads into Lemgostraße after about 850m.
Coming from the A9 (airport), follow the signs for München/Stuttgart/Lindau. Take exit 75, München-Frankfurter Ring, and drive onto Frankfurter Ring. Remain on Frankfurter Ring for around 3 kilometers. Then turn right onto Schleißheimerstraße. After 600m, turn left onto Detmoldstraße and follow the road for 700m. Then turn right onto Lemgostraße. After 180m, you will see the BMW Center of Excellence for Battery Cells coming up on your right.
Registration and parking:
The Center of Excellence for Battery Cells has plenty of parking spaces available.
Coming from downtown, take subway line U2 from the main station (Hauptbahnhof) in the direction of Feldmoching and get off at the Am Hart station. Just a few steps away, at the Am Hart Süd bus stop, take the 172 bus towards Dachau Bf. Alight at the Detmoldstraße bus stop.
The BMW Center of Excellence for Battery Cells is located around 11 minutes on foot from the bus stop.
