To mark the United Nations’ “International Day Against Racism”, the BMW Group has published a social media film advocating more tolerance and togetherness.
Employees from more than 120 countries around the globe work together in teams at the BMW Group – and together they develop creative ideas and innovative solutions for the sustainable mobility of the future. They are people from different cultures, with diverse religious beliefs and world views. For the BMW Group they are far more than just the reflection of a globalised business world. “Diversity is the foundation on which the success of the BMW Group is built”, says Ilka Hostmeier, Member of the Board of Management of BMW AG with responsibility for Human Resources and Labour Relations Director. “A working environment without prejudice and interacting with each other in a respectful manner are essential”, she adds.
