BMW Vision Next 100.

The Vision.

The BMW brand epitomises Sheer Driving Pleasure – past, present and into the next 100 years. BMW aims to make this fascinating driving experience even more intense in the future. The driver is in constant communication with the vehicle in an intuitive and natural way. At the same time, the vehicle expands the driver’s range of perception and transforms him or her into the “Ultimate Driver” – the best driver they can possibly be. The Companion responds to the driver’s personal needs in order to create emotionally-intense experiences.

#1 Digital Companion.

The digital intelligence of the BMW VISION NEXT 100 is concentrated in the Companion, which provides the driver with subtle, intuitive assistance in every situation. Perfect connectivity between the user and the surroundings enables the BMW Companion to always provide the right recommendations to meet personal mobility preferences, both during driving and outside the vehicle.


#2 Alive Geometry.

The Alive Geometry of the BMW VISION NEXT 100 performs two main functions. On the one hand, it serves as an analogue display system on the dashboard, alerting the driver to incidents and objects ahead. From the exterior, the Alive Geometry is visible in the form of movable wheelhouse covers for optimal aerodynamics.


#3 Boost and Ease.

In Boost Mode, the driver becomes one with the vehicle and will be able to experience even more intense driving pleasure in the future. In fully-automated Ease Mode, on the other hand, the Companion takes over all driving tasks and the interior is transformed into an individual comfort zone.

The vision.

With the motto “Every MINI is my MINI” – the idea of sharing rather than owning – the MINI of the future no longer waits all day for its owner, but is always on the move as a mobility partner for a MINI community. However, there will still be plenty of people who want to purchase a MINI exclusively for themselves. The MINI VISION NEXT 100 harnesses its intelligence to tailor the mobility experience to the differing needs of each and every customer.

#1 Digitally Mine.

In the future, you will no longer need to purchase your own MINI to stay fully mobile; digital connectivity enables intelligent mobility that feels as personal and engaging – even more than today. In this way, every MINI will be my MINI.



#2 Cooperizer.

The MINI VISION NEXT 100 becomes an intelligent companion and selects the configuration of entertainment, communication and driving functions the driver chooses. The circular central instrument communicates with the user through changes in colour.

#3 Urban Go-Kart.

The MINI has always been a small and agile car, the city its natural stamping ground. And its focus on driving fun remains as strong as ever in the MINI VISION NEXT 100. On the move drivers can decide how much power they’d like – anything up to the John Cooper Works end of the spectrum is possible.

#4 Experience Sharing.

Sharing goods will be more important for many people. Cleverly shared mobility is effortless and opens up new avenues to explore exciting experiences. The MINI VISION NEXT 100 acts as the gateway to the MINI Community.

At a point in time when the world’s design studios are envisaging solutions to mobility questions posed by ever cleverer technologies, the Rolls-Royce Vision Vehicle provides a brief glimpse into a fast-arriving luxury future. Art and beauty can work with science in defining a truly luxurious Rolls-Royce tailored to… your every desire.

#1 Effortless Journey.

As a logical continuation of its own core values, the Rolls-Royce VISION NEXT 100 is a driverless car, but not a chauffeur-less one. In the long tradition of the best chauffeurs in the world, this ‘digital chauffeur’ discreetly fades from view whilst continuing to monitor and inhabit every aspect of the vehicle and catering to every whim of its owner.

#2 Grand Sanctuary.

For its passengers, the interior of the Rolls-Royce VISION NEXT 100 provides a ‘Grand Sanctuary’, the ultimate retreat, silent and luxurious, comprising the most exquisite materials and forms. In response to its owner’s desire it offers either total connectivity to the outside world, or absolute privacy.

#3 Grand Arrival.

Absolute elegance and confidence. In keeping with the tradition of the marque, the Rolls-Royce VISION NEXT 100 embodies sheer grandeur and serves its owner in spectacular new ways. The vehicle design promises ‘A Grand Arrival’.

#4 Personal Vision.

Innovative manufacturing technologies will enable customers to involve themselves in the style and proportion of their personal Rolls-Royce vision. They will be able to commission their very own cars shaped by Rolls-Royce designers to their personal tastes - unique bespoke masterpieces curated as a fingerprint of their owner.

The BMW Motorrad Vision Vehicle.

The vision.

The BMW Motorrad VISION NEXT 100 stands for the ultimate riding experience. Liberated from the need to wear a helmet and protective clothing, the rider is able to enjoy the forces. Acceleration, wind and nature as in touch with the surrounding world, savouring every moment. The design of the BMW Motorrad VISION NEXT 100 represents the essence of the motorcycle: the perfect synthesis between human and machine.

Self Balancing

#1 Self-balancing.

In certain situations, the active assistance systems of the future will also enhance stability and safety by automatically balancing the motorcycle, both out on the road and when stationary.

#2 Flexframe.

The Flexframe appears as a single, integrated whole that extends from the front to the rear wheel. Being flexible, it allows the bike to be steered without the various joints found on today’s motorcycles. Turning the handlebar adjusts the entire frame, changing the direction of the bike.


#3 Visor.

The right information at the right time. The visor essentially consists of a pair of data glasses that extends across the wearer’s entire field of vision. As well as providing wind protection, it shows relevant data.


Digital Companion

#4 Digital Companion.

When combined, the BMW Motorrad VISION NEXT 100 bike and the special rider’s gear that has been designed to accompany it form a single functional unit: a Digital Companion that provides the situational information and active support the rider needs. But because biking is essentially about the experience, the Digital Companion remains in the background.
