Your future career.

You are a process mechanic who produces the next-generation carbon-fibre reinforced plastic (CFP) vehicle parts that drive future mobility. You’re an integral part of the dynamic team that skilfully processes plastics and rubber using processes such as injection moulding and foaming to create the high-performance modern vehicle materials that are as essential for vehicles like the BMW i8 as they are for the BMW 7 Series.

What you will learn with us. 

As a qualified process mechanic you can pursue a career with us in production areas like composite fibres, injection moulding, automotive interiors, quality assurance or technology development. The doors to process technology will also be open to you so you could choose to work in one of our laboratories or methods workshops. Should you wish to take your training further, we will also support you to become a production expert, master craftsman or technician.
