On 21 September 2012, 30 female graduates, young professionals and professionals from the engineering and IT areas, attended the first BMW Group Inside event.
At the very heart of BMW, at its Munich Research and Development Centre, delegates discussed personal career development opportunities with managers and representatives of the main departments, and got to know the BMW Group as an employer.
In a relaxed atmosphere, they heard first-hand from female managers what it is like to work for the BMW Group and how they master the daily challenges of being a manager.
The delegates were also able to gain in-depth insights into the latest technologies at the event, and test and experience these for themselves.
