Process mechanics for coating technology apply manually or mechanically coloring and varnish on metal- and synthetic-surfaces. This requires pre- and after-treatment of coated and uncoated surfaces. Irregularities in thickness are levelled with polishing and filling work. For a perfect finish of the surface there are different polishing techniques.
They handle, monitor and maintain coating units, which are partially fully automated and computerised. They plan workflows, coordiante them with up- and downstream production processes and prepare the workparts for coating. Furthermore they are responsible for quality control. The environmental engineering and preservation of ecological ressources are the most important duties.
