Automotive production covers a very broad spectrum of operations and processes. On completion of the apprenticeship the production apprentice will be able to operate effectively within the manufacturing environment and to assure the quality standards that are expected by the use of statistical process control.
By the conclusion of the apprenticeship you will be able to identify quality issues, diagnose the problem and implement a solution. This could involve playing an active part within a manufacturing team, or being a member of the quality team ensuring customer product satisfaction.
