Information technology commercial experts work in the commercial and business functions. They work on projects for planning, adjusting and introducing information and telecommunication technology systems. They act as the go-between and the connecting link between the requirements of the departments and the design of information and telecommunication technology systems.
They must make sure that the volumes of data can be recorded and called up electronically. For this purpose they must understand the procedures and problems in accounts, warehouse management, customer registration, etc. and decided with which programming language can best be solved. Naturally they always keep the requirements of data protection in mind.
Information technology commercial experts advise and support personnel in the use of systems for completing operational tasks and are responsible for system administration.
