A highly qualified job with lots of different areas of work within the company. The course teaches skills in all commercial areas: Material management, production management, personnel management, sales and accounts. The list of requirements includes specialist knowledge and friendliness, negotiation skills, assertiveness, logical mind set, enjoyment of working with a PC and modern office communication equipment, a talent for organisation and foreign language skills. Precise planning and organisation are required to meet deadlines. In the advertising department, for example, a new publicity campaign is being planned, whilst the production department is interested in lower price suppliers or better productivity.
We also offer this course with a support programme to supplement training.

Requirements.
- Good grades in mathematics, German and English
- An interest in computers, working with PC's, standard application programs and on-going training on them
- Good memory, willingness, self-confidence, a team player, talent for organisation, flexibility, commercial skill and rapid powers of comprehension
- Very good communication skills, willingness to make decisions, mobility the ability to express yourself confidently and without error both orally and in writing
- Mittlere Reife, Fachabitur or Abitur
