Duties include the installation of components and modules as well as testing and adjusting functions, troubleshooting and product-related repairs on modules or complete products. As part of operational production and assembly control this also includes the supply of material and fine planning for production and assembly control.
Since the work is almost always carried out in groups it is very important to be a team player. Coordination of work organisation within the group, securing the procedures required to carry out your duties and taking part in quality improvement and assurance work have a major influence over the production process.
Other duties in the operational field include preventive maintenance and maintaining production systems and their control and regulating systems as well as simple repairs to the production systems
