Information technology experts are service provided and practical users. They plan and configure information and communication technology systems for internal customers. Acting as service providers they manage and operate the in-house information and communication systems, are available for providing expert advice and back-up and also help with the introduction of and training on new systems.
Good knowledge of information and communication technology products, data protection, work organisation and working techniques are required for this. The more precisely information technology experts discuss the needs and wishes of the customer, the better the bespoke solution they will be able to find.
