Retail specialists work in a range of departments: Customer advice, sales promotion, goods procurement, purchasing, warehousing and shipment. They also carry out administrative tasks such as the production of statistics and organisation in parts sales as well as the procurement and warehousing of the large range of goods.
At the dealerships the retail specialists are essential all-round staff who have learned to meet customers' requirements, are aware of their sales function in all situations and see dealership procedures from the point of view of a service provider.
