The commercial all-rounders at the BMW Group offices. Their duties comprise the following: Work organisation, modern office communications, commercial controls, marketing and sales, financial services, general services, company-specific services, warehouse management and administration.
Customers receive advice face to face or by telephone, including in foreign languages.
Their duties also include the purchase and sale of goods. They take care of correspondence, as well as accounts and invoicing.
Car sales specialists also learn about the whole BMW Group network of services relating to car and motorcycle sales at the branch offices. The actual sales qualification is achieved after further extensive training.

Requirements.
- Interested in commercial, technical and logistical training with a strong link to the subject of cars, customer-oriented thought and actions
- Ability to express oneself confidently, accurately and without error both orally and in writing, mastery of at least one foreign language (ideally English), an awareness of costs and confident in calculations
- Good memory, concentration and stamina, talent for organisation
- Tidy appearance, the ability to approach people and hold talks confidently
