The work of these all-round commercial people include advising customers in finance and marketing matters, processing orders, completing orders, warehousing and stock management.
Their duties also include the purchasing and sale of goods and services. They also deal with quality controls, calculations and sales planning. Routine matters include correspondence with customers and suppliers, accounts and invoicing.
Wholesale and export specialists act as a go-between for production and sales. In the distribution of goods, provision of assistance for sales and for advertising.
Wholesale and export specialists also become familiar with the entire BMW Group network of services in the branch offices. This also includes a view beyond the limits of professions and specialist areas, an extensive sales knowledge from buyer patterns and motives to service and marketing.

Requirements.
- Good English skills
- An interest in goods theory, parts sales, marketing, advertising, pricing and shipment, finance and credit, office work and modern office communications
- Find it easy to deal with figures and calculations, organisational and administrative talents
- Ability to concentrate over a long period of time, for example concentrated reading
- The ability to approach people and hold talks confidently as well as the ability to express oneself confidently, accurately and without error both orally and in writing
- Mittlere Reife, Abitur
