Here the curriculum features the latest topics such as new hybrid technologies, fuel consumption reduction and efficient engines. International training programs for sales, aftersales and management show dealerships how to prepare for the increasing challenges the future holds. They also demonstrate how the various vehicles benefit customers in specific ways, thereby setting themselves apart from the competition. Training is provided on optimum sales, service and parts sales processes and how to handle the relevant systems, as well as how to develop a customer-oriented and brand-based approach.
Our training methods. With BMW, practice is just as important as theory: in the field of Technical Training, for example, approx. 80 per cent of the training is practical. The contemporary mixture of methods applied includes classic on-site events as well as blended learning incl. e-learning, virtual classrooms and "game based learning".
At the BMW Group Trainingsakademie in Unterschleißheim, certified trainers deliver qualification programs for up to 450 participants per day - directly at the vehicle and with the necessary expertise relating to all aspects of sales and aftersales. Training is provided for both automobiles and motorcycles.
Train-the-Trainer conferences that are held at the BMW Group Trainingsakademie every year provide qualification and certification for trainers worldwide, too. Here the focus is on technical expertise, teaching skills and self-presentation. In this way, trainers become multipliers who pass on their expertise at their national training centres.
