    Our training philosophy.
The qualification and training programs of the BMW Group Training Academy are based on the underlying philosophy that training and personnel development should be geared towards individual talents and strengths, i.e. we invest primarily in the strengths of our seminar participants so as to allow them to develop their potential to the very best of their ability.



Our range of services.
As a reliable business and service partner, the Training Academy offers the following:
Concept and consultation services on all issues relating to in-house training.
In addition to the standard seminar programs tried and tested by the BMW Group, we can also collaborate with you to develop training measures and programs geared specifically towards your needs. Here, different fields of knowledge can be interlinked and a variety of methods applied to meet requirements.
